Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine:
The digital transformation in Ukraine is developing extremely fast today. Over 15 million Ukrainians are using the website and mobile application “Diia”. I am grateful that our reliable partner, U-LEAD with Europe, has already accompanied us on the path of digital transformation. Together, we will implement important initiatives and projects that will contribute to the digital transformation at the local level. After all, the digital state is about equal opportunities for all citizens - both dwellers of large cities and small villages.
Bastian Veigel, Programme Director of U-LEAD with Europe:
Supporting the Ukrainian government in boosting digital transformation at the local level is of key importance to U-LEAD with Europe. I am thrilled to see that we have a common understanding about the key areas of joint intervention in this field.
