What is it?
An opportunity to increase your productivity and efficiency in completing work tasks by developing resilience, flexibility, and adaptability, preventing emotional and professional burnout, fostering critical thinking and empathy, achieving a balanced life, and enhancing leadership potential in decision-making processes at the municipality level. It will also help you attain success and satisfaction in both your professional and personal life.
Participants in the training programme will:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of methods and tools for self-assessment, stress prevention, and burnout prevention.
- Learn to apply critical and creative thinking to determine the optimal solution to a problem.
- Master techniques for identifying, preventing, and overcoming emotional and professional burnout.
- Deepen their time management and prioritisation skills.
When?
Eight weeks — from 17 October to 12 November 2024. All events will be held online and are free of charge for participants. Upon successful completion, participants will receive certificates.
Who can participate?
50 local government officials motivated for personal growth. Participants must represent municipalities with populations of up to 50,000, not be in temporarily occupied territories, and have the necessary technical means for online training. Motivation and readiness for active participation in the training sessions are mandatory requirements for participation.
