U-LEAD has launched a new training programme, “Steps for Specialists. Project Cycle Management-2023”. The first seminar focused on the main training activities, working principles and expected results. Read more about what the project teams will learn.
First of all, the training programme is aimed at strengthening the institutional resilience of municipalities in attracting external resources through the training of project teams. After all, participants in the programme are the teams consisting of representatives of local self-government bodies, municipal institutions and NGOs. Attracting additional resources on a project basis has great value in the conditions of military aggression against Ukraine and limited budgetary funding in municipalities, as well as considering the prospects of the post-war recovery.
