Three plots of land are located in Radomyshl, and one is in the village of Kocheriv near the Kyiv-Chop highway. Municipality experts suggest using these lands for the development of logistics and transport capacities, construction of market infrastructure and industry.
“These plots have an advantageous location: international highway, and there is a city and villages nearby that can provide workforce. Some of the plots have utility networks. We studied these properties and collected data that will help investors to make a decision,” said Olena Yatskivska, Head of the Economic Development Department of the Radomyshl City Council.
Six of the real estate properties offered in the investment passport have utility networks and are located in or near populated areas of the municipality. For example, an industrial complex of 11 facilities in Radomyshl has an area of 5.4 hectares and is equipped with gas, running water and electricity networks.
Today, the municipality has summarised and updated all information about these ten properties and is looking for investors for the efficient use of vacant land plots and real estate. Since August, the municipality team worked together with U-LEAD experts to develop an investment passport.
“Radomyshl municipality shows a good example of commitment to the improvement of the investment climate. The collected data will help prospective investors to make a decision. Today, it is important to help businesses develop and grow,” said Vasyl Nevmerzhytskyi, Head of the Regional Office of U-LEAD in the Zhytomyr Oblast.
The project updates will be presented in the municipality online on 18 October 2022. To join the event, sign up here: https://radmr.gov.ua/news/1664786227/
