Dozens of residential buildings have recently been damaged by rocket fire in one of the settlements of Mezhova municipality in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Affected residents can receive assistance from the state and local budget for the reconstruction of destroyed homes.
It was necessary to conduct an inspection and record the consequences of the damage. A mobile Administrative Service Centre (ASC) received by the Mezhova Village Council with the support of U-LEAD with Europe, one of the first of its kind in Ukraine, helped the employees of the village council to respond promptly and perform all the necessary work.
“In order to apply for financial aid from the local budget for the restoration of damaged property, to get an Inspection Report from an authorised municipality body, to receive humanitarian aid, to register the damage via the Diia application, a mobile ASC — a unique van from U-LEAD with a unique squad of village council specialists — was dispatched. Dozens of reports were drawn up, dozens of statements were accepted and all damaged buildings were inspected,” Volodymyr Zrazhevskyi, Head of the Mezhova municipality, wrote on his social media page.
Mezhova’s ASC “on wheels” is a van equipped with a ramp, Internet connection and all the necessary equipment and machinery for the work of ASC administrators. Here you can comfortably get services such as registration of place of residence, social benefits (state aid, subsidies, etc.), registration of property rights to real estate, pension services, land services, etc.
As part of the partnership, the Mezhova municipality independently purchased equipment for the mobile ASC, equipped a garage and renovated the premises of the stationary Administrative Service Centre.
